A subdivision development within the picturesque Kinloch Valley. Seven Oaks is nestled within a scenic reserve located on elevated land that forms part of the broad western slopes of the valley. MGLA were engaged to assist obtaining Resource Consent for the subdivision through to landscape implementation.
The project included the preparation of landscape assessment and mitigation through the development of strategic height controls and mitigation planting. It also included ecological restoration planting and the development of a recreational park and amenity planting to enhance and integrate the development within the broader outstanding natural environment.
