The Manawatu District Council engaged Mansergh Graham to prepare an overall Master Plan for the Feilding CBD. The redevelopment of Manchester Square formed the initial implementation stage of the overview concept. A detailed concept plan and construction drawings were prepared for the upgrade of Manchester Square, which have since been turned into a reality that exceeded the community's expectations.
